Royal Ocean Events will allow up to 10 guests to attend a wedding ceremony at no additional charge. Over 10 guests will incur a coordinating cost of $200.00. If more than 10 guests attend, a reception must be booked, and the coordinating fee for the reception will be $8.00 per person in addition to the $200.00. Please provide your Wedding Consultant with a complete list of your guests. For all non-sailing guests we need full legal names, citizenship, date of birth and an ID number. (Drivers license with the state or passport number with the country that it is issued for), birth certificates are sufficient for children. For sailing guests we need full name and cabin number A final guest list with the above information is required no later than thirty (30) days prior to sailing date. No changes or additions will be allowed after this date. All non-sailing guests must exchange their valid picture identification such as drivers license, and check in at the terminal Security desk for a guest pass, which will enable them to board the ship.
For onboard weddings, guests will be authorized to board the ship between 11:30am – 12:30pm, provided the ship has been cleared by customs. All non-sailing guests must disembark the ship no later than 3:45pm.
