Wedding Bookings
Wedding packages are available in Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, Juneau,
Vancouver, Seattle, San Diego, Halifax, St. Thomas USVI, Grand Cayman,
Jamaica, Kona Hawaii, and Holland America’s private Island of Half Moon
Cay, Bahamas
Weddings are performed in Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa, San Diego, Vancouver
and Seattle on the day of sailing, prior to the ship departing. Ceremony
times are between 12:30 & 1:30pm. Legal ceremonies are NOT performed at sea.
All weddings and ceremony extras must be booked and paid for as early as
possible to guarantee them. No additions or changes are possible less
than thirty (30) days prior to sailing date.
The bridal couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license,
from the place in which they are being married. Royal Ocean Events
wedding consultants will assist the couple with the process by providing
the necessary information for each specific port.
We strongly recommend that the bridal party arrive at least one day
prior to sailing to avoid late flights, lost luggage, traffic etc. on
their wedding day. It is the bridal couple’s responsibility to arrive at
the wedding on time.
Several of the services we contract on your behalf, such as
transportations, musicians, videographers and photographers are
contracted on a time basis. If these times are exceeded, Royal Ocean
Events Inc. reserves the right to charge you for any excess billing. If
you paid by credit card, we will add this excess fee to the card and
send you acknowledgment.

Our Royal Ocean Events Wedding Consultants will work with you to create
the perfect wedding to fit your needs. Once your Holland America cruise
is booked, one of our consultants will reserve your special wedding day.
Full payment is due for the wedding package at the time of booking,
$400.00 of this is non-refundable. Wedding package may be paid for by
Visa or MasterCard. We will also accept travel agency check or
International money order. If paying by agency check or International
money order, this must be sent to us over-night in order for us to
confirm the booking. No checks will be accepted if the wedding is less
than 45 days away. We can not confirm your wedding package and date
until we have received the coordinator agreement and the cost of the
wedding package.
Wedding extras must be booked as soon as possible due to limited
availability of some services. All options must be paid for by thirty
(30) days prior to sailing date.
Please be advised that in the event of strikes, lockouts, riots and
weather conditions, mechanical difficulties or for any reason
whatsoever, Holland America may at any time without prior notice cancel,
advance, postpone or deviate from any scheduled sailing or port of call.
Holland America and Royal Ocean Events shall not be liable for any loss
whatsoever incurred by reason of such cancellation, advancement,
postponement, or deviation. This includes the ship not being able to
call in at any of the ports, especially Half Moon Cay due to weather.

America.
