Royal Sea-to-Sky Wedding ceremonies are designed to handle every detail so that your special day will be carefree. Please review the following information on booking a Royal Sea-to-Sky Wedding package. Due to the popularity of the program, bridal couples should call to check availability of wedding dates.

• Wedding packages are available in the following locations: Grouse Mountain, the Chapel at Stanley Park, Minoru Chapel, River Run Cottages, and Whistler Mountain.
• All weddings and Ceremony extras must be booked and paid for as early as possible. No additions or changes are possible less than thirty (30) days prior to wedding date.
• The bridal couple is responsible for obtaining a valid marriage license. A list of marriage license requirements and fees are available from your Royal Sea-to-Sky Wedding Consultant.
• We strongly recommend that the bridal party arrive at least one day prior to the wedding to avoid late flights, traffic etc. on their wedding day. It is the bridal couple's responsibility that they arrive at the wedding on time.
• Prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
• A 15% Gratuity will be added to the invoice total.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund of your wedding and wedding enhancements, notice of cancellation must be received in writing at the Royal Sea-to-Sky Weddings office no later than sixty (60) days prior to wedding date. A full refund less $400.00 CAD administration fee will be issued. (No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than sixty (60) days prior to wedding date.)

Wedding Guests

Royal Sea-to-Sky Weddings will allow up to 10 guests to attend a wedding ceremony at no additional charge. If a reception is booked at a restaurant, additional guests may be allowed to attend the ceremony and reception. There is a basic fee of $150.00 to coordinate a wedding reception for up to 10 people. For a reception with more than 10 people there will be an additional coordination fee of $8.00 per person. Please see the reception section for more details. Please provide your Wedding Consultant with a complete list of your guests. A final guest list is required no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the wedding date. Attendance of ceremony depends on capacity accommodation of wedding site.

Wedding Locations

Ceremony times and locations are assigned according to the requirements of each wedding. The type of reception package purchased determines the length of time available for a reception.
